UK Rental Billing Clerk - Hybrid [241-001345-1]

Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring, through it's SharedService Center Recruitment team, English Speaking candidates for a role of Rental Billing Officer in Oeiras.

Funções:
Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Customer rental billing;
- Issue manual invoices to customer (EDI, PDF, paper, ...);
- Issue monthly customer statements and reporting when requested;
- Process manual credit memos;
- Submit invoices;
- Create and update the customer master file and contact with information.

Requisitos:
Key Skills:

- Fluent English level
- Strong team spirit
- Attention to detail
- Fast processing
- Minimum of High School diploma
- Experience in use of MS Office
- Good communication skills, proactive and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
