What You’ll Do: Engage and Educate: Provide expert nutritional advice to our German-speaking customers via various communication channels. Personalized Support: Create tailored nutrition plans and follow up on their progress. Innovate: Develop and implement new strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate: Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What We’re Looking For: German native (mandatory) + Fluent English (mandatory). Nutrition Expertise: A degree in Nutrition or a related field. Customer-Centric: Passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for remote work. What we offer: Base salary: 1300€ Language bonus: 450€ 100% remote work - live and work anywhere in Portugal!
