As a Dutch Customer Support Representative, you'll be the friendly voice of our brand, assisting our Dutch-speaking customers with their queries and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

YOUR TASKS:
You will answer the Clients questions, via email or phone call.
You must work on continuous improvement for the clients satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE:
Native or Fluent Dutch (mandatory) + Fluent English (B2)
Experience in Customer Support (preferable).

WHAT WE OFFER:
Schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00H to 20:00H - Rotative 8h shifts) // Saturday and Sunday (08:00H to 17:00H) - 2 Days Off
Directly contract with the client.
Base Salary: 1100€ (x14 months)
Meal Allowance: 7,23€ (per day)
Performance Bonus: 120€ (x12 months)
Complexity Bonus: 135€ (x11 months)
Transport Allowance: 20€ (per month)
Health Insurance since the 1st day
RELOCATION PACKAGE OFFERED
