What You’ll Do:
You will respond to customers inqueries via written channels (including social media).
Encoding internal databases with information about consumers requests and share feature requests and effective workarounds with relevant stakeholders.
You need to inform customers about new features, functionalities and campaigns.
You will be responsible to follow up the customers processes to ensure their issues are resolved.
Redirect consumers questions to appropriate stakeholders.

What will make you successful:
Native/Fluent Dutch (Mandatory) + Fluent English
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities and attention to details

What we offer:
Base salary: 1000€
Meal Allowance: 7,40€ (per day in a meal card)
Language Bonus: 450€ (per month)
