German Digital Content Manager eCare [241-001271-1]

We are looking for a vibrant Digital Content Manager eCare (German Speaker) to strengthen the digital team of our client. In this role, you will work closely with the team to manage and optimize the help area on the company website and the customer portal.

What will you be responsible for:
Independent definition and creation of websites in the area of customer service in close coordination and cooperation with the clients and the user experience team (e.g. troubleshooting tips, installation instructions, process descriptions, help pages for products and services or FAQ pages
Editing and checking the content of the website, including text, images and videos
Precise and timely communication of any problems or delays within the company
Close cooperation with designers, usability experts and developers inside and outside the team
Efficient processing of simple, large-volume tasks, e.g. filling in the language versions of already created websites in French, Italian and English

Your skills:
Mother tongue German, good knowledge of spoken and written English
Passionate about storytelling and writing texts with experience in creating digital content (Content Management)
Knowledge of online content management systems, preferably Storyblok
Experience in dealing with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFE model, etc.)
Experience in dealing with systems for error management (ticketing) and project management (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Octane, MS Teams, Trello, etc.)

What we offer:
Contract directly with the client
Regime: Full-Time
Base Salary + Meal Allowance + Health insurance
Schedule: from Monday to Friday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Hybrid (1 day per week at the office)
