MISSION
• Mission Context: Fixed provisioning
• Our provisioning systems configure and maintain customer data for fixed networks (xDSL, fiber) on client's network equipment (Core Network and Service Platforms).
• They receive requests from fixed market lines (Commercial IS for Public and Enterprise) and convert commercial information into technical information to provision customer services on this equipment.
• For fixed line offers, they manage the orchestration of interactions with teams responsible for physical subscriber connections and with client's partners (OI: Infrastructure Operators).
• The provisioning systems also manage fixed portability.
• They are reference systems for MSISDN resources, email login, IP address, PM resources, network topology, and other network resources.
• Diagnostic interfaces for customer service and operations are also provided.
• Within the Information Systems Department, in coordination with the Fixed Provisioning MOE team, the CDAM team is responsible for the architecture and development of these systems' software components.
• During the development phase, they handle technical design, coding, unit and integration testing, documentation, support for downstream phases (other tests conducted by other teams: functional tests, end-to-end tests, operational tests), and support for system operations teams (incident support and anomaly correction).
• The entire process runs on environments historically under Docker and Rancher and now on containerized environments under Openshift.
• The systems are based on specific developments in Java and for orchestration on developments around the TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning software package (formerly Kabira KPSA).
ACTIVITIES
• Participation in specifying components to be developed and evaluating development loads.
• Design and development of applications within the presented scope.
• Technical documentation.
• Support for Test and Production teams.
• Analysis and correction of anomalies.
• Integration and merging of code into project/version branches under GIT.
• Testing these components before delivery.
• Development and delivery of tools facilitating software integration and operation tasks.
• Technical support for junior developers.
