Are you an ambitious person and passionate about sales? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Subscription Sales Executive in the vibrant city of Lisbon! YOUR MAIN TASKS: - Delivering significant uplift in our individual and enterprise subscriptions through up-sell and new business; - Retaining our existing client subscription base at a ratio > 80%; - Building and developing client relationships across their book of business of clientes; - Presenting usage statistics to key customers; - Protecting our copyright and monetizing opportunities highlighted through client infringement; - Establishing best-in-class sales and client engagement practices (in close partnership with the Group Marketing Director and Head of Customer Services); - Transitioning our subscription business from individual subscriptions to enterprise subscriptions; - Driving increased penetration and engagement across our existing client base; - Building close partnerships with the enterprise customers. YOU NEED TO: - Fluent or Native English Speaker; - Be able to demonstrate success in a sales role; - Be a confident, diligent, self-starter looking for experience in media sales; - Have the enthusiasm, motivation and drive to succeed in a targeted sales environment; - Have excellent communication and negotiation skills; - Have experience in a B2B / Event sales environment. (Preferred but not essential) WHAT WE OFFER YOU: - Base salary: 1000€; - Meal Allowance: 7,80€ (meal card - tax free!); - Performance bonus: 400€ (100% objetives); - Transport Bonus: 20€ (meal card - tax free!); - Monday to Friday (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.); - Contract with the cliente.
