Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Delivery:
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure primarily in Azure;
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security;
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform;
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support seamless infrastructure delivery.
Observability:
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure reliability and quick incident resolution;
- Use tools and platforms such as Datadog or similar to improve system visibility;
- Collaborate with development teams to establish and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Error Budgets.
Collaboration with Development Teams:
- Partner with development teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application requirements and performance needs;
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for deployment, scaling, and reliability;
- Act as a bridge between operations and development, fostering a DevOps culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience);
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SRE roles;
- Certificates: K8s - CKA | Azure Cloud - AZ-900;
- Strong expertise with Azure services, including networking, storage, and compute;
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred), including cluster management and troubleshooting;
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform;
- Solid understanding of observability principles and experience with tool Datadog;
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell);
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
