Here's what we offer: YOUR ROLE: Handle intricate transactions for NFC customers with precision; Offer expert guidance to ensure seamless transaction execution; Develop effective mitigation plans for any issues that arise; Manage escalations that require immediate attention, ensuring fast resolution and customer satisfaction; Assist with legal case support to reduce penalties and protect the customer experience; Collaborate with sales to provide support for new customer activations. WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Languages: Proficiency in English is a must; Previous experience in Customer Support and Claims; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
