Do you speak English? Do you consider yourself a leader? We're looking for a Reporting and KPI analyst to support our prestigious client. What are gonna be your main responsabilities: Reporting, Dashboard and other activities linked to Training performance monitoring;
Analyzing the performance indicators – linked to training;
Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform;
Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction;
Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department.
What are we looking for? Master’s degree in psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related areas, with specialisation or certification in Data Analytics, Business; Intelligence or related areas being a plus;
Fluent in English (written and verbal);
At least 3 years of experience;
Advanced Excel;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Offer: Base salary: 1.600€ + Meal allowance 8,32€/day;
Schedule: 09h00 to 18h00 Monday to Friday.
