We're looking for a Reporting and KPI analyst to support our prestigious client.

What are gonna be your main responsabilities:

Reporting, Dashboard and other activities linked to Training performance monitoring;
Analyzing the performance indicators – linked to training;
Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform;
Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction;
Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department.


What are we looking for?

 Master’s degree in psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related areas, with specialisation or certification in Data Analytics, Business; Intelligence or related areas being a plus;
Fluent in English (written and verbal);
At least 3 years of experience;
 Advanced Excel;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Offer:

 Base salary: 1.600€ + Meal allowance 8,32€/day;
 Schedule: 09h00 to 18h00 Monday to Friday.
