+4 years of experience as a Project Manager with implementation of ITSM tools (servicenow)

• Knowledge of standards for integration with other systems, namely JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP

Daily tasks:
• Actively participate in technology consulting projects.
• Identify and document technical requirements.
