We are recruiting Procurement (M/F) for our client!

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in French and English.


Specifically, this role will include the responsibilities outlined below:

The execution of Local and Regional Sourcing (RFI, RFP & Proposal analysis) and contracting activities
The operationalization of category-strategies
The management of expiring contracts, contract templates, contract repository, catalogs.
The delivery of relevant value-creation/saving targets
The management and improvement of the end-to-end Source to Settle process (including escalations related to Purchase-orders, invoicing and payments)
The management of supplier on-boarding escalations and monitoring of Third Party Duediligence refreshes
The execution of Third Party Spend Analytics, reporting and data clean-up
The Engagement and Management of stakeholders to ensure that the Procurement function continues to be seen as a strategic business partner
The monitoring of Procurement Process Compliance acting as a Sourcing & Contracting Process

What we looking for...

• Education: BS in Procurement or Business or Finance or related field.
• 5+ years Procurement working experience
• Market-knowledge across indirect categories and experience working in an international and
cross-functional environment.
• Sourcing and contract- Management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced Stakeholder partnering skills
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Creative, self-starter and bias for action.
• English & Portuguese language fluency (French mandatory for one of the roles, German
preferable for the other).

The Offer...

- Hybrid project, 3 times a week at the office on Rua Alexandre Herculano in Lisbon.

- 24-month project with Adecco and then integration with the client;

- The project will start on June 1st.
