Are you a skilled legal professional fluent in English, with a knack for managing complex contracts and ensuring compliance? We're looking for a Legal Contract Manager to support growing operations! Your Main Responsibilities Draft and Support Agreements: Collaborate with local Legal Counsels to draft and manage local agreements under the Master Agreement. Training and Advising: Provide guidance and training to teams on contractual and administrative requirements to enhance compliance and profitability. Contractual Governance: Implement and maintain contractual governance, change control procedures, and accurate admin logs. Risk Assessment: Draft contractual caveats and offer recommendations after assessing risks associated with changes and deviations from agreed terms. Approval Channels: Ensure appropriate approval for contractual changes based on internal procedures. Client Engagement: Participate in governance meetings with clients and central account teams when necessary. Consistency and Compliance: Maintain consistency with contract management tools and procedures, ensuring compliance with Group/Global Client Contracts and contractual governance. Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly coordinate with regional and country teams to prepare, complete, and sign off change control documents, and participate in risk assessments. What We're Looking For Experience: 3 to 5 years in contract management and legal experience, particularly in commercial contracts within a multi-jurisdictional environment. Experience in the Facility Management Industry is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and team player. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and deliver under tight deadlines. Autonomous and able to advise on contractual requirements to support business compliance. Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus.
