Specifically, these will be your tasks: - Providing the best talents by successfully using Outbound / Inbound recruitment; - Building pipelines and manage pools of candidates according to the hiring plan; - Driving the recruitment cycle from candidate identification to onboarding; - Keeping track of the recruitment market development; - Representing the team in internal and external recruitment events; - Improving the recruitment process and its metrics. You must have: - Degree in Management, HR or Social Sciences; - Experience of minimum one year in IT Recruitment (mandatory); - Result oriented and good writing skills - Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory); - Knowledge of French would be highly valued; Our offer: - A great work experience, in a diverse environment; - A hybrid work model; - Project for 6 months, with the possibility of continuing; - Salary + Meal Allowance; - Outsourcing Employment Contract.
