Must-Have:

• Experience as Site Reliability Engineer
• Proficient with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar market tools
• Proficient in monitoring functionalities, metrics, system logs, and alarms
• Knowledge of project tools such as Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Experience with technologies such as AWS, Grafana, scripting languages, Elasticsearch, or Kibana.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Critical and proactive attitude on identifying improvements and better solutions.
• Proficient on the English language, both written and spoken
• Good organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
• Relevant certifications for SRE knowledge or others
