Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Incident Analysis, priority validation and information verification;
• Stakeholders identification for incident resolution and technical team routing;
• Respect of defined SLA and OLA agreements;
• Crisis cell creation if needed; (conf calls/war room).

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident management;
• Knowledge of ITIL;
• Strong skills in Linux, Windows, Network Architecture, VPN and Firewalls;
• Expertise with Service Now, Outlook and Microsoft Office;
• Dynamism, proactivity and ability to work in a team;
• Leadership and communication skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Fluency in French.
