Join Our Team as a German Customer Technical Support Specialist in Lisbon!

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.
Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.
Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.
Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.
Review and provide feedback on help content.

Requirements:
German native/fluent + Fluent English (mandatory).
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Comfortable with a dynamic work environment and open to feedback.

What we offer:
Base salary: 1100€
Meal Allowance: 7,23€/per day (meal card - tax free!)
Complexity Bonus: 135€/per month
Performance Bonus: 120€/per month
Health insurance and other benefits.
Contract directly with the client

Schedule: Monday to friday (8am to 8pm) // Weekends: 8am to 5pm
Days off: 2 rotational day
