Are you someone who thrives on communication, enjoys back-office tasks and loves working with a diverse range of customers?

If so, we want you on the Customer Support Team for the German/Swiss Market!

What You'll Be Doing:
Register and follow Book of orders;
Answer incoming queries from customers by phone and email;
Be the point of contact between the client and the logistics department;
Ensure all documents from prodution to sales are up to date;
Record data in the CRM system (samples request, claims management, etc);


What We’re Looking For:
Fluent German (C1) and good level of English (B2);
A good understanding of SAP and Excel (desirable);
Customer service - oriented and high focus on customer satisfaction;
A go-getter attitude with a passion for learning and growing;
A team player who also values independent work.
Currently living in Portugal
