What You'll Be Doing:
Provide expert support to the customers, addressing their technical and accounting queries via phone, email, and chat.
Tackle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through a ticketing system and support chat.
Craft personalized offers for prospective customers, tailoring solutions to meet their exact needs.
Showcase the software solutions with engaging online demonstrations, highlighting how they can solve customer challenges.
Collaborate with a passionate team, working together to provide a world-class customer experience at every touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For:
Native German and fluent English (bonus points for additional languages).
A good understanding of Windows (desirable, not mandatory).
Previous experience in a customer-focused role is a plus.
A go-getter attitude with a passion for learning and growing.
A natural multitasker who’s flexible and thrives under pressure.
A team player who also values independent work.
Strong communication skills and a genuine love for helping people.
