Porto (Marquês) Hybrid regime after the first 3 months Your mission: - Providing a single point of contact for users; - Handling routine and non-routine incidents, problems and requests; - Giving first-line support in the event of incidents. What you need to embark on this mission: - Native/Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level) because you'll be dealing especially with German-speaking clients on a daily basis; - Problem Solving: takes ownership for listening to and understanding basic customer problems, asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales. Knows when problems are ‘beyond them’ and escalates so they can be resolved; - Service Level: escalates issues as necessary to deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectation/SLAs. Monitors performance through statistical reporting and analysis; - Team Working: acts as a team player and is viewed by colleagues as a helpful and effective member of the team. What awaits you: - 1 year direct contract with the client, with the possibility of renewal; - Base salary: 1280€/month + Meal Allowance: 7,41€/day in card; - Monthly and quarterly attractive bonuses alligned with performance and attendance; - Hybrid working model after the first 3 months (1 week at the office, 1 week homeoffice); - Weekly rotative shifts, from Monday to Saturday, 8h shifts between 8am to 19pm; - Integration into a dynamic and motivated team; - Stimulating and challenging work environment.
