RESPONSABILITIES: Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non payment Issue payment commitment letters Coordinate customer credit changes Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status KEY SKILLS: German Fluent + English B2 Customer Service experience Good written and verbal communication skills OFFER: Base salary: 1400€ Meal Allowance Hybrid (2 days per week at the office)
