Accounting Administrator R2R Systems - Hybrid [241-001278-1]

Adecco HR is currently recruiting professionals for an exciting job opportunity as Functional Administrator (R2R Systems). If you have knowledge in accounting and advanced English skills, then you are the one we are looking for.!

Main objectives of this position:
 Operate functional administration of the R2R systems (currently Nakisa & Blackline for the General Accounting/Credit Card, Fleet Accounting and Bank
Accounting teams)
 Assist users of R2R systems for a better usage and compliance
 Contribute to the continuous improvement for R2R processes

Key areas of responsibility:
 Operates the day to day data management of users rights and organization
 Guarantee Nakisa closing reports are accurate and send on time to meet Closing
Contribution to tools implementation in support of BPO (Data collection, UAT
Prepares and monitors Testing for new functionalities and for new countries
deployments (UAT phases)

Key skills:
 3 years + experience
 Graduation in Finance or Accounting or Technology
 Experience in a finance/accounting position
 Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills, SAP or Oracle Finance is a +
 English is mandatory

- Direct contract with the company
- Monday - Friday (09h - 18h)
- Base Salary: 1300€
- Meal Allowance: 9,60€
