What You’ll Do:
Contact users who request a specific service (after 48 hours) or follow up with previous users.
Understand the real needs of the users.
Confirm company data and pass the users' contacts to the suppliers.

Requirements:
Fluent French and English (mandatory).
Past experience in the customer field.
Good comunication skills.

What we offer:
Base salary: 950€
Meal allowance: 7,8€/per day (meal card - tax free!)
Transport allowance: 20€/per month (card)
Contract with the client and professional growth

Schedule: Monday to Friday (09h - 18h)
