Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non payment
Issue payment commitment letters
Coordinate customer credit changes
Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status

Skills:
French Fluent + English B2
Customer Service experience (preferential)
Good written and verbal communication skills

Offer:
Base Salary: 1250€
Meal Allowance: 9,60€
Transport & Remote Work Allowance
Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
