Fleet Analyst Research Are you passionate about fleet management and operational efficiency? Your Mission: As a Fleet Analyst Research, your primary goal will be to minimize fleet unavailability and ensure that our campervans are always ready for rental. You will also play a key role in achieving seasonal project objectives, supporting vehicle infleet, reconditioning, and defleet operations. Your Responsibilities: Ensure fleet availability by managing vehicle maintenance, repairs, compliance, and operational processes Optimize logistics and spare parts management to reduce downtime Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities Support seasonal projects related to fleet expansion, refurbishment, and decommissioning Work closely with local teams to improve operational efficiency Key Skills & Requirements: Fleet & Maintenance Management: Understanding vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and operational workflows Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to schedule, multitask, and prioritize urgent repairs Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Quickly address unexpected issues, such as on-trip incidents and logistical disruptions Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) Communication & Collaboration: Comfortable working with field teams, suppliers, and management in a remote environment Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a fast-changing environment and remains solution-focused under pressure Attention to Detail: Ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and regulatory requirements Language Skills: Fluent in English + Italian What We Offer: Exciting role in a leading campervan rental company Dynamic and supportive team environment Opportunities for career growth in fleet management Competitive salary and benefits Ready to hit the road with us?
