Porto Monday to Friday, hybrid regime Your mission: - Credit and collections; - Handle disputes, cash applications and the billing needed; - Online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration; - Validate or complete accurate and timely reporting. What you need to embark on this mission: - Fluency in English (at least C1 level); - At least 6 months' experience in a similar position; - Good computer skills, including advanced Excel proficiency; - Dynamism, proactivity and initiative; - Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills; - High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
