We are looking for people that can join a team of skilled Dutch Customer Service representatives in Porto, providing customer support by phone, e-mail and chat ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in the field of telecommunications.


What will you get?

Monthly salary: 1870€
Meal allowance: 6.41€/day

Hybrid working system (office and home office) or full-remote (schedules will vary)

Rotating schedules 8h/day:
- Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 21:00
- Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00
- Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00

On-site paid training for 10 days

Direct contract with the client
