We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative Location: Oeiras Start Date: January 2024 About the Role: Our client, a leading company in the B2B sector, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this critical role, you will ensure seamless daily operations in customer service, including: Processing customer orders and samples Managing complaints and product returns Negotiating delivery dates with customers Maintaining customer databases and special pricing Supporting sales and marketing teams Handling backorders, low stock coverage, and customer surveys What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a professional who has: A customer-oriented mindset and teamwork skills Strong organizational and communication abilities A sense of responsibility and sound decision-making skills Experience with Microsoft applications Fluency in English Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a similar B2B or B2C role Knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards (preferred) A technical degree or bachelor’s degree is an advantage
What we Offer:
A fixed schedule from Monday to Friday between 8H to 18H;
Base salary from 1.100€ to 1.500€, depending on experience;
