Responsabilities: Respond to incoming user requests on the platform Follow up on requests until resolution Escalate challenges encountered with clients to the assigned Performance Coach Train and proactively support clients in mastering the platform Proactively promote the platform innovations to clients Profile: Fluent in French and English Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role required Proficiency in IT tools and various communication channels Excellent interpersonal skills Conditions: Permanent contract (40h/week) Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Base Salary: 1400€ Meal allowance: 7.23€/day Health Insurance Monthly transport pass reimbursement (40€) Office: Saldanha
