What You’ll Be Doing: Responding to member inquiries and handling calls with professionalism and care. Addressing management queries, providing information, and resolving complaints over the phone. Understanding member needs and delivering effective, personalized solutions. Communicating in a friendly and humanized manner across multiple channels, including new technologies like chatbots. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes by analyzing complaints and proposing innovative solutions. Taking one day a week to work in the back office, managing customer files and records. What We’re Looking For: Fluency in French (spoken and written). Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a customer-first mindset. What We Offer: Direct contract with our company. Competitive salary: €1,200/month + €9 meal allowance/day + additional internal benefits. Flexible working schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, or 8:30 AM.
