What You’ll Be Doing:
 Responding to member inquiries and handling calls with professionalism and care.
 Addressing management queries, providing information, and resolving complaints over the phone.
 Understanding member needs and delivering effective, personalized solutions.
 Communicating in a friendly and humanized manner across multiple channels, including new technologies like chatbots.
 Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes by analyzing complaints and proposing innovative solutions.
 Taking one day a week to work in the back office, managing customer files and records.

What We’re Looking For:
 Fluency in French (spoken and written).
 Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
 Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

What We Offer:
 Direct contract with our company.
 Competitive salary: €1,200/month + €9 meal allowance/day + additional internal benefits.
 Flexible working schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, or 8:30 AM.
 Hybrid work model: After the initial 3-month training period, work partially from our office in Parque das Nações and partially from home.
