We are looking for a Customer Financial Services Supervisor fluent in English and another language for a client in the Porto area. Are you interested? Responsibilities: - Credit and Collections; - Handle Disputes, Cash Applications and the Billing needed; - Provide day-to-day supervisory and/or coordination support to the team of operational employees or contractors; - Delegate related activities, as defined by local policies, this may include performance monitoring/management and development discussions, supporting initial/informal disciplinary action activities and, in the case of contractors, contract management. You need to be:  Fluent in English (at least a C1 level) and good knowledge of French/Italian/German;  Education in the Area (minimum 12th grade);  1-3 years experience in a similar position;  Leadership Skills and Team Player attitude;  Customer focused with excellent communication skills;  Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (EXCEL);  Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.
