Job Description
As a key contributor, you will be responsible for 2nd line application support, including incident/problem management and resolution. Involved in task automation, service level monitoring, and communication between technical and functional teams. Develop and improve tools, internal processes, and support documentation. Focus on continuous analysis to optimize service management.
