What will your duties be?

Making phone calls to customers, in order to persuade them to make reservations and/ or upgrade their staying;
Answering emails.


What will make you succeed in this position?

Fluency in French and English or Portuguese;
Professional experience in sales and/or customer service.

What do we have to offer?

Full-time hybrid position;
Rotating hours from 07.00 to 23.00;
