YOUR ROLE
Reporting directly to the Indirect Purchase Administrative Manager, you will perform
several operations related to Indirect purchases in his/her scope, ensuring their treatment
and management.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Manage and ensure the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within its scope:
• cost estimates, invoices, monitoring of account statements, participate in dispute
management with process documentation and contact suppliers when needed.
• Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, with validation of
respective costs center associated.
• Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is justified.
• Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers.
• Key User support for CEVA internal platforms.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• High school diploma with experience on sales/finance or accounting administrative
functions;
• At least 1 year experience in similar position, experience within a shared service
environment would be a plus;
• Good knowledge on Excel.
• SAP and procurement tools (will be a plus);
• Language: French and Portuguese mandatory (Minimum: C1), English (will be a plus)

- Meal Allowance: 8.32€/day;
