Customer Service Advisor (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading fashion retail platform that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Portugal.

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal OR Porto, Portugal OR Remote, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (chat, email and phone)
– Provide information and support with regards to products and services and other related inquiries
– Be the face of the company to our customers and partners alike.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
– Minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service in a fashion environment
– Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
– Excellent communication skills – experience with written communication
– Good active listening skills
– Computer savvy and proficient in the use of IT systems (customer service specific and Windows packages)
– Knowledgeable about fashion/fashion brands
– Articulate with a passionate mind-set
– Able to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
