In newly established positions, we are looking for colleagues to join our Property Recruitment Business Development Team in Portugal.

The role:
As Property recruitment agent you will work on acquisition of holiday rental properties, which involves generating new owner leads, creating and maintaining a strong acquisition pipeline and working with colleagues in the retention team to ensure a smooth handover of the property.

To be successful in this position you should possess knowledge of the holiday rental market and have commercial experience. Further, you thrive in a performance driven culture with ambitious targets and enjoy working closely with a team of qualified and ambitious colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Key tasks/activities

Contact leads and actively search for potential new holiday rentals owners.
Hold meetings with house owners with presentation of NOVASOL business cases for renting out houses, contract negotiations etc.
Preparation of house presentation, setting of season pricing, house related data etc.
Make a property photo session.
Progress reporting in CRM.

Needed experience:
You should have at least 1-2 years’ experience in short term holiday rentals acquisition, real estates and/or a similar commercial experience.

We expect that you have/are:

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office; Salesforce is preferable.
Photo knowledge.
Negotiation and communications skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills as you will be working with a portfolio of houses.
Understanding of and interest in the local holiday rental markets and the process of short-term rentals.
Possibility to travel and spend a majority of your time outside the office.
Fluent in Portuguese, English and ideally Spanish.
Driving license.
