Responsible for managing our clients day to day tasks you will report to the senior account manager who will delegate and prioritise the work. You will nurture professional relationships with our clients and form a supportive role in the day-to-day running of their lives. Being proactive and creative in finding solutions for unexpected needs to be resolved in a timely manner is essential for this role.

Tasks can include but are not limited to:

Travel management – flight & hotel booking and travel coordination.
Office support – mail management, phone calls and sending reports.
Runner – collecting and dropping off items, and accompanying clients to appointments.
Scheduling – booking restaurants and diary management.
Research – specific topics, cost comparisons relating the information clearly and concisely.
Relocation support – securing a home rental, visa administration, importing a car.
Home management – finding the best wifi deal, ordering groceries, negotiating and securing contracts.
Event planning – logistics, catering orders, and guest relations.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and experience with Microsoft Office, Trello and Notion preferred
Active listening and excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to multitask
Strong time-management and organisation skills
Commitment to continuous learning
Fluent (written & verbal – working proficiency) in English and Portuguese
