Capgemini Engineering is looking for Indoor Planning Engineers to join our team of more than 150 engineers and help us to improve overall network performance to our customers.
As part of a service line who delivers mobile networks services to the main market players, you will have the opportunity to work in several national and international projects.
Multi-vendor and multi-scope project; From massive national-wide rollouts to highly specialized feature introduction activities.
Leadership and Team coordination skills development when responsible to lead a small team and work as customer POC for the day-by-day activities.

Degree in Telecommunications Engineer or similar.
Proven experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G technology and knowledge in the main features of each techs.
Know-how in the Mobile Network lifecycle and processes (modernization, swap, roll-out, etc.)
2 to 8 years of experience;
It’s a plus :
Knowledge in French or Spanish;
Knowledge in BI, Data Processing, SQL and Scripting (ex: python).
Multi-vendor knowledge is a plus. (Huawei, Ericson, Nokia);
Location: Lisbon / Porto. This position will be hybrid.
