What Skills and Experiences we need?

Degree in Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Sciences;
Minimum experience of 2 of Business Development/Sales/Marketing;
Experience in new businesses or start-ups preferred (larger organization or in a start-up company);
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation(nice to have);
Experience in selling IT solutions and Software;
Experience in Digital Transformation Solutions, (Cloud. CRM. ERP, ECM. BPM, etc);
Experience in customer prospecting;
Diagnosis of needs in the IT area, with customers and potential customers and their follow-up;
High learning ability, communication and interpersonal skills;
Persistent, dynamic, proactive, teamwork;
Collaborative, Pragmatic, Positive;
Learning-oriented and intellectually curious;
Fluency in English (nice to have).
