– Superb level of both written and spoken English (at least C1)

-Native level of portuguese

– Previous experience within a similar role (1 year at least)

– Relevant degree or education, ideally from a finance or related field

– International experience (Erasmus or similar) would be considered an asset

– A keen sense of organization and time management

– Great interpersonal skills – communication, collaboration ability, dynamic attitude, ability and willingness to learn

– Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Word, Power Point, with special emphasis on Excel

– Basic accountancy knowledge. Any experience with accountancy software considered a plus.

Que funções irão desempenhar

Office Management :

Assisting the Operations team locally with office management duties

Ensuring the day to day activities of the office have all the logistical support needed

Overseeing the practical aspects of office management: ordering and maintaining supplies, ensuring office is organized and well kept, managing the fruit & coffee supply, amongst others

Controlling correspondence (incoming and outgoing)

Overseeing and adjusting office processes and procedures for optimized day to day management

Assisting new starters with basic onboarding needs, such as helping setting up NIFs and Social Security registrations

Coordinating office activities, ensuring all logistic assistance is provided

Keeping stock of offices supplies and place orders whenever necessary

Assisting colleagues whenever necessary

Attending to visitors and assisting with any needs

Reporting on damaged and / or malfunctioning office materials

Providing operational support to our Managing Director with ad hoc tasks

Assisting with travel arrangements, accommodation and other bookings.

Finance Administration

Preparing and posting receipts, deposits, invoices, refunds and other basic bookkeeping tasks

Handling petty cash and keeping track of office expenditures

Creating and / or maintaining records of financial transactions

Assisting the Finance Manager with other ad hoc duties

Processing day to day transactions / payments / reimbursements

Procurement duties

Filling and / or archiving documents and files.
