As a Customer Service Advisor your daily mission will be responding to customer queries via e-mail, chat and phone, identifying customers’ needs and ensuring their issues are resolved. You will also be responsible for gathering consumers’ feedback in order to guarantee a high quality service and contribute for the brand’s development.

Let’s check if you match the profile

– You’re fluent in French since you will be working for the francophone market
– You can communicate easily in English as you will be part of a multinational team
– You already have experience in Customer Service and you’re passionate about it
– You’re available to work from Monday to Saturday, on rotative schedules, starting the earliest at 08:00 AM and ending the lastest at 09:00 PM (you will always have Sunday as day off and other day to be defined)
