We are looking for a Accounting profile for Porto.

What you will be doing:

– Providing support to the Finance and Administrative department
– Performing daily office tasks, such as filing, data entry, invoice checking, …
– Handling communications with third parties
– Processing transactions and updating ledgers
– Reconciling financial books including incoming and outgoing funds
– Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies

What we are looking for:

Experience with PHC (Required)
– Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
– 3 years of minimum experience
– Strong organisation and execution skills, always paying attention to details
– BA on Management/Economics or Accountancy
– Domain of MS Excel from the user’s point of view
– Easy interaction with other teams to come up with solutions
