Your functions for the role: ▶ You are the point of contact and the customer satisfaction manager. ▶ Recognize customers who need more assistance through proactive health checks guided by health indicators such as conversion percentages. ▶ You will be responsible for the management plan and communications about the clients vision. ▶ You will Implement structured tasks that put each client on the path to a positive ROI. ▶ You will create strategies, express customer concerns to each responsible team within the organization and follow up on them. ▶ You will achieve 90% account retention and 15% annual revenue growth per account. ▶ You will report successful actions taken to achieve retention and revenue goals. You only need this: ☝ Italian native our Fluent (if you speak other languages, that’s amazing!). ☝ Enough experience with B2B sales experience. ☝ Past experience in “hunting” (new business). ☝ You need to be a good listener, someone with a problem solving mindset, with the natural ability to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently.
