Adecco is recruiting na Junior Procurement (M/F) for an international company based in Porto (city center).

It is a temporary position, for a period of approximately half a year (6 months).

These will be your tasks:
– Craft Negotiation Strategies and close deals with optimal terms
– Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
– Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
– Assess, manage, and mitigate risks
– Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
– Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
– Perform Procurement Processes, including RFQ
– Purchase Orders Management (Creation, Edition, Approval Process, Sending to Supplier, Receipt/Confirmation)
– KYS functional support, in reporting suppliers for process start, and contact with suppliers


You have to have:
– At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
– Language Skills: Good knowledge of English, French is a plus.
– Technical Skills: SAP knowledge is preferential factor.
