Key Account Manager – Lisboa (m/f)

Job Description:
• Handle key accounts in retail to achieve long-term success and to develop a strong, positive partnership.
• Set and achieve Plans/targets/KPIs to generate best results in Sales, Visibility & Merchandising.
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Handle Customer Development Agreements, negotiation and contract process for new/existing customers that includes negotiating.
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• The in ongoing Training of the team on Product Knowledge.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts.
• Resolve any issues faced the customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team and promoters.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5-7 years minimum Sales experience in FMCG industry preferably food & beverages
• FMCG experience is a must, preferably in modern trade
• At least 3 years in the same position
• Good command English
• Proficient user of MS office applications.
• Leadership skills – Negotiation skills- Communication skills – sales skills.
