Customer Service Representative (German or Dutch Speaker)

About Your Role

Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment!

Ensure an exceptional customer relationship and customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.

You will be the point of contact for inquiries related to the pre- or post-delivery of an order

(payment inquiries, delivery dates, returns, refunds, network email, phone calls and/or chat.

Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and the brand you represent.

What We Expect From You

Fluent in German or Danish or Dutch speaking.

Knowledge of English level C1 (to ensure you are up to date with training and communication between departments and employees).

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to perform additional tasks.

Customer satisfaction orientation-level connectivity.

Ability to deliver results in work-from-home in often ad hoc situations.

Ambitious to engage with other team members and share experiences.

Well organized, valuing good work ethics and acting with integrity in every situation.

Start date: 15.05.2023

Salary: Up to 1,645.00 euros monthly (excluding performance bonus and/or other benefits like meal allowance of 5,20 per worked day) – paid in twelve months or fourteen months
