Your responsibilities
/ Coordination of the order to cash administrative processes in Portugal
/ Implementation of strategies and projects with a focus on balancing customers risks and on the efficiency of order processing, fulfillment, and collection of credits on their exact maturity, according to the organization guidelines and regulatory requirements
/ Improvement of KPI’s of the area: service level of the call center (sales support), minimize the credit risk exposure, decrease DSO, reduce receivables overdues and disputes (in amount and resolution time), improve the order entry processes, reduce rework in the order to cash process, promoting “win-win” relationships with all stakeholders
/ Continuous analysis, optimization and set up of processes with cross-functional and international teams focusing on standardization, simplification and efficiency improvement
/ Implementation of local or regional projects
Your profile
/ University degree in business administration or similar
/ Job Experience: 5+ years preferably in finance / commercial near areas
/ Leadership experience and skills, ability to communicate and coordinate with local and international teams
/ Sound understanding of the business and its processes as well as the department requirements
/ Ability to work in a team as a well-structured, customer and process oriented, independent, highly self-motivated, and responsible contributor
/ Language skills: Portuguese, English, basic Spanish skills will be appreciated
/ Agile mindset
